Cole and I will be leaving this Sunday for our long awaited road trip. We don't have a very strict itinerary, just that we want to take part of the Blue Ridge Parkway and stop at two places we're dying to see...

Charleston, SC will be our first stop and I can't tell you how long I've been waiting to visit. I want to spend lots of time exploring the historic spots like the French Quarter, but need more suggestions of places to see!

Our second must see destination is Savannah, GA! I've spent a few hours roaming the downtown, waiting to catch a flight, but haven't seen much of the city. I'm really looking forward to spending more time finding all my favorite scenes from Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.

Accessories are always a great way to add a little individuality and fun to an outfit. Below, find a little something special for both yourself and the men in your life...

Have yourself a 60s psychedelic spring and summer with bright mod pieces from Cookie K's Vintage!

I had been thinking about getting cards for over a year now and so after seeing how lovely Cait's turned out, I knew I needed to order some moo cards. I'm very pleased with how they look and I love my new case.

The lovely Maggie of Dimestore Diamond was so sweet and sent me a Twin Cities travel book! Now, I'm even more excited for my move! Thank you again, Maggie!!

I finally bought a new pair of moccasins. I had my last pair for over five years and they had lived a good life, but needed to be put to pasture! Plus, they're very fitting for my Minnesota move.

Newly thrifted items with my southern road trip in mind: khaki shorts, vintage red blouse, vintage polka dot midi dress and a vintage straw bag.

It's been over a week since my last outfit post! Things have been crazy around here. Cole's graduating very soon from his Master's program and my sister's baby shower is this weekend. So much to do in so little time. Plus, Cole and I are planning a little southern road trip that we want to take in 10 days! Anyway, here's another 70s inspired look (which I seem to be wearing a lot of lately) with lots of gorgeous pieces courtesy of some amazing shops! I was planning on sticking to an all neutral theme and wearing khakis but I just loved how these wide leg jeans complimented the silhouette.
