As I mentioned yesterday, this is my new favorite post. There doesn't seem to be a specific reason for my favoritism other than a feeling of creating something that I'm proud of. I so often take for granted my luck of having a husband with no photography experience (other than a blow-off high school class taken 15 years ago) who can so seamlessly capture what I envision in my head. Some shoots are more difficult than others and there are many times when I wish I could be the photographer instead of the model, not because Cole isn't awesome, but because I know exactly what I want and how I want it. However, it's a shoot like this that showcases our teamwork at it's finest, where two minds are one.

The lighting in these photos is so beautiful, he did a great job! I know what you mean about sometimes wanting to be the photographer instead of the model, sometimes it would be easier that way but it does look like your two brains connected in these photos, lovely as always

I love that thrifted blazer. I've been rummaging through the Goodwill racks hunting around for one just like it. I love seeing posts with blazers, so I have an idea of exactly what I want. Love the blazer with the leggings + button down.

I hope Cole is feeling better. You are so right and that's how I feel all the time. I love being in front of the camera for my blog and as much as I appreciate my photographer Carolina, I just wish I could photograph myself, because I know exactly what I want in terms of composition. But there are those standout shoots that are just too perfect and you know how strong your team is. These photos are stunning. You look amazing and the lighting is breathtaking! Good team!
