What do you think of my new header? It's been awhile since I changed it and I was getting a bit bored with the plain one, but I'm not quite sure if I like having a picture up there. Any input would be most welcome.

I love your new header! It's lovely. Your black and white dress is gorgeous as well, and I love it paired with your bowler hat. Oh I hate it when that happens! I usually try to listen to the lyrics and write them down so I can google them. One time I heard this French song I really loved but had no idea what it was! Then by complete coincidence or luck, I found the song on youtube! What luck!

Gosh your hair really does grow quickly, it looks lovely and your one year anniversary post was good for comparing the lengths. It's such a kind thing that you do for the PBLC. I'm sure this dress was on your wish list once and I'm glad you have it, who better to suit it but you I say! Also, I followed your simple tips about washing, drying and styling ones hair and I couldn't believe how much better it looked and felt, so thank you thank you xo
Honestly, I sort of liked your old header better because it was plainer and less distracting from the blog pictures.
But this new one is neat too. It is quite mysterious because your face is hidden. :)
Anyway your outfit here is a lot more modern than your usual outfits. It's fun to change things up! You look like a cool artist. I could imagine this same outfit in an urban setting.

is your camera lomography? i have the diana+ mini.
i love the effects that you can get, so much more personal and interesting. you can really get some one-offs from lomography.
although it is slightly scary not knowing how it will turn out, i'm still getting to grips with mine and half of my photos are a total blur.
i'd love to see some of the things you've taken with it.

That dress is so pretty :) I bought a one-shoulder dress last summer (at Old Navy - of all places) and I can hardly wait to be able to wear it. It still isn't warm enough for it here, yet. Plus, it is hanging in my closet in Germany anyway, haha

Love the new header, but may I make one small suggestion? I'm a bit of a perfectionist/very OCD when it comes to design/layout... so if you are in agreement with me, I think you should make the width of your header the same width as your outer wrapper. Just a suggestion :) Love these photos! This dress is super lovely, I actually have a silk romper with a similar print! I'll wear it and photograph it sometime :)
