It was so incredibly beautiful yesterday, which was a nice change from the rain and gloom. Cole and I did a bit of trespassing in order to take pictures in this lovely field. I always feel a bit bad doing that, but the field was too pretty to pass by.

Cole and I stayed with my mom since my dad was in China again. We ate Mexican food, went out for a delicious breakfast and saw The Runaways, which I highly recommend. It made me want to be a badass rocker chick. Love me some Joan Jett. Plus, I think my mom enjoyed it since she was 18 in 1975. She kept whispering and pointing out the clothes and accessories that she had similar to the characters.

Oh thats funny, I just come back from shopping and tried on a romper the same style/make minus the frill and of course a different fabric :) it looked no good on me, but yours looks perfect on you and its such a sweet patterned fabric. I love your sock collection, theyre always so pretty!

I was so close to seeing The Runaways but then it wasn't in theatres everywhere anymore on the day I had planned to see it. :( just selective cities.

i love the vintage overtones in these photos, Maria. i just noticed that your jumper matches the overall colors of the background. did you guys plan this? also, Cole is easily becoming my favorite photographer.
it's been raining incessantly in the Bay Area and so it's really nice to see photos of the blue sky and grass.
You look so beautiful, and where you are is so green it makes e want to travel.
On a side note I always love how you pair socks with sandals, is it a preference due to comfort or a trend??
