Maria, I always enjoy seeing your drawings! You are so very talented. I am going to order a custom portrait soon, maybe as a treat to myself after finishing my exams!
Also, I don't think your arms look untoned at ALL. But, I know that I have 'fat days' and nothing anyone says is enough to make me change my mind. My advice is to start pilates or yoga and really enjoy the experience - if your arms gain a bit more definition that will just be an extra bonus! :)
