Ingredients: frozen peas, garbanzo beans, flat bread, olive oil, flour and provolone cheese.
Puree garbanzo beans, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
Mix puree with thawed peas.
Form patties.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on medium to high heat.
Brown patties, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side till brown.
Toast bread with cheese.
Enjoy!

I totally have to make these, I LOVE garbanzo beans and provolone (mh...I am getting hungry now). I have never seen Provolone here, though, I think I really need to look for it at the market. I mean, I live in the Netherlands, which is THE cheese country. They have to have Provolone somewhere.
